Golden Waffle Cafe - Placerville

Unorganized personal. dirty restaurant and toilets. I have a cup of water that was served with cream that was smeared on the side and laughed the waitress. an hour waiting for dinner before we went out with food.

Cold and undercooked food, margarine instead of butter and no refill on our coffee made our Valentines Day visit uncomfortable, especially since breakfast for two was $25.

Has been our favorite breakfast spot for so long, I guess they changed ownership in the past month or so... prices went up, Food quality went down, sat for 20 minutes and finally had to wave a server down who looked at us about 10 times and chose to ignore us... so disappointing ? guess it's time to find a new breakfast spot.

Customer service was spot on, the lady was very friendly and when we went she was under staff she did awesome, we where a very big group of 17 and she nailed it??????????

Food was so good! The service was extremely friendly and fast on account of highway 50 being closed and there being 100 more people than they usually have. 10/10 recommend
