Contribuisci feedbackI would give them a 0 but I can’t they are rude and just today I went in to pick up food my dad had ordered for the kids and they wouldn’t let and on top of that I try to explain to them I have the card number email phone number but you but for some reason they didn’t like that so when the so called gm said she called corporate she wouldn’t give them my number I even asked her while she was on the phone with her supervisor to give them my number so we could talk I wasn’t yelling or being crazy by any means. But her and her co worker desided to raise there voices at me and shake there hands they even gave me the finger when I walked out with my 6 year old and that was what made me write this review I will not go back and I will be filing a formal complaint more then one.
Not the McDonald's of old.Service is slow, customers are frustrated using the self-serve kiosks (I out and out refuse to use them) and the entire aesthetic of the store is cold and hospital-like. Food quality has gone down demonstrably.Not a comfortable, inviting place to visit for a quick bite ... and it used to be.
Very rude interaction with an employee in the drive thru. I put in an order online and didn 't realize I put in for pick up inside (was already tired from work and kiddos are with me and hungry). I am stuck in the drive thru so I politely asked if I can just get it through the drive thru and all I heard was she 's asking if I could do that to a manager or someone in there and never get back to me. After a couple minutes I said Hello? And asked again if I could get it through the drive thru and this rude employee responded and said OBVIOUSLY?! . Is this how you treat your customers??? I do not recommend going here.
I went inside. Very clean. Nice staff. And the cheeseburger was very good. There was a nice amount of onion bits, which added to the flavor.
Went to digital and kiosk orders only. No service at the counter unless you are paying your kiosk order in cash.
