I almost refused it, but decided to go ahead, thinking I wouldn't return in the future. When I got home, the pizza was awful and overly greasy. Unless they make this right, I won’t return or recommend this place to anyone; instead, I’ll suggest they go elsewhere.
When we moved to Plainfield, this was the first pizza place we tried, and we instantly fell in love with it. I make it a point to support local, non-chain businesses whenever I can. The quality of the food has always been excellent, and even during busy times, it has consistently met our expectations. However, during our last few visits, they have been overwhelmed with customers, which is wonderful for them, but I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the food. I would much rather wait a bit longer for a well-prepared meal instead of receiving something that isn’t fully cooked. We also found some aluminum foil stuck to our breadsticks. Despite these issues, I’m not discouraged from going back; I'm sure they just had an off night. I plan to let them know, and I sincerely hope our next visit will be better, as this is one of our family's favorite places. I’ll provide an update after our next order!
I visited on Monday, and the service was rude from the start. I couldn't even place my order, and honestly, I'm glad I didn't. I ended up walking out.
Ordered a couple 20 inch pizzas for the wrestling team at the Mooresville Holiday Classic. It was VERY well received by the boys!
The food is good but when I ask for ricotta cheese, please tell me you don't have it I order. I would've ordered something
