El Palacio - Plainfield

I went shopping a year ago and accidentally left my wallet behind. When I returned, they told me they hadn't seen it. Just two days ago, I went back again and forgot my wallet once more, and again they said they hadn’t seen it. I've been to other places where they always refund you if you forget something, but it seems like the employees there take whatever you leave behind. It's not so much about the money; it’s just really frustrating to have to replace my documents. It’s really disheartening that this happened, and even worse, it happened twice at the same place.

I tried the pupusas and the chicharrón con queso, and they were incredibly delicious with a unique flavor.

I'm no longer a fan of this place. They definitely went downhill with the food and service. They take very long to serve your food and a scarcity amount of food. They also charge $4 for extra sauce.

The food took too long. The food was not hot even though I asked for it to be hot. The waitresses never come to the table to check how everything is, and I have been here many times and it is always like this.

They delete it again and I send them to healthcare. The restaurant is a place that we visited every day of the week, even on Saturday, we ordered some packed lunches and a cockroach came out in the juice. I called immediately to let them know what had happened and they told me that they would talk to the waitress, the issue is not with the waitress, it is that they do not do pest control, I waited until 4 in the afternoon and no one contacted us to offer apologies. At that time I divided up going to return the 4 lunches since none of the people could have lunch. Again without getting any kind of response, it's more like one of the waitresses just looked at me and laughed.
