Contribuisci feedbackI ordered online through the app. I chose to go through drive thru and when I got there we were told to go to the 2nd window, when we got there they told us to go wait in the curb side parking spot. We waited there for almost 35 minutes and no one came so we pulled in front my husband went in and they couldn't find the name and then they lost are food and didn't remember putting us at the parking spot... All together it took 1 hour to get our food.. don't get me wrong, the manager was super nice but it's sad to see that the workers beside that manager really didn't care about missing or forgetting about us...
Lock the doors, stop allowing customers to come inside if all you are going to do is focus on the drive-thru. Yes as another review stated you are left standing there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. Once our order was placed watched every sandwich made go straight to a bag and handed off to the drive-thru. Finally the young girl bagging food asked where my sandwiches were and the only kid, there were a total of 3 people behind the counter, making sandwiches stopped. She told them there were 2 orders that were the same and she needed double of each sandwiches. My order had obviously been made how long ago but got put in a bag and prioritized to the drive-thru. While they stood there and argued I asked for a refund, was asked I didn't want to food, I asked how long was this supposed to take and just said no.Be careful how you speak up if this is the type of store that calls the police on customers when the store is the one at fault.
Usually like to have breakfast at McDonald's but this one in specific is the worst service, wait in front of the counter waiting for the lady to take my order and she just walk back form the couter to back i was ther for 10 minutes till i decided to walk away never come back to this
This is my first review I have ever written but it needed to be done because the receipt didn’t print the whole survey code so I couldn’t do a survey. I go thru the drive thru two-three times weekly to get my sons a burger after basketball practice. The past two times both burgers were wrong. They were supposed to be only ketchup they were labeled as only ketchup but had everything. Both times I had to drive back to the store after already getting home to get them replaced (6 minutes away you would think I would learn to check before I pull off! That’s my fault)! Well the third time it it was only one burger wrong so my son and I went back and I told the manager I am extremely frustrated as this is the third time in a row it happened and the worker who was there the last two times and replaced the burgers for me was right there that night and he confirmed it was true. I told the manager I would like my burger replaced and my money back for the inconvenience. He told me no he wasn’t giving my money back I told him there is no reason that I have, had to do this three times I want my money and a new burger he said no that I needed to leave the store or he was calling the police I told him I wasn’t leaving without one or the other and he walked away and called the police!!!!! Lmaooo Plainfield police came, he gave me my money and my burger!! Lmaooo even the cop said he sits at the drive thru window and checks his food before leaving that McDonald’s!!!! Wish I had the managers name. He way probably in this late twenty’s with light hair and glasses!! He did all that just to return my money and burger ?
Too slow for no reason, they are walking inside keeping people waiting. The ordering kishok doesn't take payment neither print receipt. So you need to line up second time to pay and recover your order in the counter. then again long wait to get the food. .just for two happy meals they took more than 30 minutes after all the dramatic order. Total one hour. And it was later in the evening, not crowded at all. Just avoid this one. I wish to give zero star.
