Vita Bella Pizza - Plainfield

The food is consistently amazing! I absolutely love the pizza, salad, and chicken Marsala.

The family loves the food from Vita Bella, making it our go-to choice any night of the week.

I ordered a pizza online, and the process was quick and easy, allowing me to specify a pick-up time. The pizza was warm and ready when we arrived. It was cooked perfectly, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Since we didn't dine in, I rated the atmosphere as neutral. I would definitely order from Vita Bella again.

Pizza arrived piping hot and tightly wrapped. Absolutely delicious, I order from Vita Bella every time I’m in town with my family! They make the best deep dish around!

I'm really puzzled by how this restaurant has such a high rating. I ordered calamari and buffalo wings, and when I arrived to pick them up at the requested time, I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Once I got home, the calamari was barely warm and so overcooked that it was inedible, so I ended up throwing it away. The wings were decent, but certainly not worth a 4 or 5-star rating. Considering how high food costs are these days, I'm frustrated that they would serve me food that was overcooked and made me wait for it, only for me to toss it in the trash. I really don't understand how this place has managed to stay in business for so long.
