Wendy's - Plainfield

I went through the drive thru. I waited about 5 min. For the attendant come back to the box to take the order. The food was good. However, I got no ketchup for the fries and no spoon/straw for the frosty.

The minute you walked in the door all you could smell was a heavy scent of nasty oil. The food looked like it had been sitting there for over a year. The hamburger was very hard the french fries were cold and very greasy. I for one will not be going back there to eat again!!

The single complaint was that one order of fries had clearly been sitting for a whole as it was lukewarm and stale, unile the others that were hot and crisp. Were it not for that singular issue this would have been 5 stars across the board.

Everything was fine. But man, it was expensive. 60 bucks to feed 4 ppl. Connecticut prices.

The staff is friendly but the care of the inside and outside area are neglected. Always the outside trash cans overflowing. But at least the bathrooms were fresh and clean. Food is always hit or miss. Fries haven't gotten fresh yet here. Burgers could be better. Just general care of the food so it doesn't look thrown together. The building itself could def use a update.
