Great service. Ridiculous waiting times for 2 drinks. None of the staff seemed to know what was going on.

Just stopped in at Plainlands HJ's and had the most delish pancakes. Warm and fluffy and cooked just right.Other family members had a brekkie wrap and gave that the thumbs up too.Big thanks to all the staff

The store was clean and the staff was friendly, everything seemed as it should be. My order was good, the food was nice. If you want a no fuss no look around for food, this restaurant is a perfect place to stop.

Extended wait for a small job at unusable time. It would also be nice not to use self-service as an option.

Took 16mins for a chicken royal and a BBQ cheese burger. A few people who ordered before me waited much longer. Not even busy plenty of staff on front need to help the back of house.
