The drive-thru service was excellent during the busy Saturday lunch rush. Although there was a short wait, the staff still apologized for the delay. The highlight was definitely the delicious chips. I also went inside to get some ice cream, and it turned out to be one of the best ice cream cones I've had in a long time. The woman in front of me took a while to place her order, but another staff member approached me to make sure I had been helped. This was probably the best McDonald's experience I've had in a decade.

We placed an order through the app and picked it up via the drive-through, but had to go back into the restaurant twice because items were missing. We were lucky to check while in the car park. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there was no excuse for the mistakes. The food was cold and the chips had no salt. The manager seemed very young, and the team clearly needs more training. Overall, we were very disappointed with the entire experience.
