China Garden - Plains

I ordered from china garden when they are first in plains. I never had a problem until two months ago. I have a job for a chicken broccoli on the phone. I arrived early I am my car, until 15 minutes past. I was ready. I came home, I noticed that eating was just warm. Normally I can't treat the container without my fingers being burned. I called her, I think they gave me a command from someone who didn't pick up her order. they (I did not ask their names) said they would give me a free egg roll next time I was there. well, there are enough good Chinese restaurants in the opposite and promise a free egg roll is not enough to order me again from china garden. china Garden....You get a bad call, they must continue to supply fresh food to their customers. we know the difference between hot and freshly prepared food that sits on the table. I hope that next time they draw this trick on someone, they will post them like me, then post them to let the opposite know what kind of old eat they go for fresh.

Had won ton soup at lunch ...not really hot, dumplings were cold and seemed old stale...How can you make lousy won ton soup?..Well...they did...and long wait, pricier than other places....avoid avoid

The Black Pepper Chicken and Mongolin Beef is the best Chinese food I've every ate and the staffs we're so nice.

I ordered 4 things and they gave me one wrong item, charged my card for the whole order when they were supposed to charge two items on the card and the rest in cash. I tried to get a refund and they would not. The food was not good. I wouldn’t eat here again. The manager was very rude on the whole phone. The delivery wouldn’t answer my questions and didn’t say a word to me.

Awful service. Placed an order for delivery at work with my co workers. Ordered 3 orders of chicken and broccoli and an order of lomein. Repeated my order back correctly. I asked to pay for the lomein and one chicken and broccoli combo with my card and the rest would be paid in cash. The delivery driver showed up with 2 chicken and broccoli and a general tso, as well as the lomein. ALSO…charged my card for the whole order. Delivery driver did not communicate only pointed at receipt and left. When I called the shop to tell them what happened the woman on the phone was VERY rude, said they would not refund the money for the wrong item unless we returned it to them. I mean, what are they doing with my returned food anyway? I asked them to deliver the correct food even though my lunch break would be over by the hour she told me it would take to get here.Seriously, messed up the food and charged my card incorrectly and in turn was rude about it as if it was my mistake.Chicken and broccoli had barely any chicken, and was bland tasting.
