Dunkin' - Plains

My friend ordered a coffee through the app. I went through the ride. Lady asked what I wanted. I told her I'm here to pick up a mobile app order and the personal name. I waited for the two people in front of me and was on the way back home.

This DD is always professional when it comes to driving thru experience. You get orders and they ask for correction when the patrons ask. I have a DD near us. I consistently prefer good and professional service, so I go out 20 minutes to get the Plains DD on River Rd. Plains/Wilkes.. Great staff and fast ride

Coffee is always great but 5 times in a row now the snackin bacon has been cold and burned. Order something else

Only one I go and I have two close to me in Boxtston they are kind and always ready to help me if I have a question and they are the only ones that do not overload the roasted bagels with lots of cream cheese and I and my family will continue to come they are great

The young lady who waited for me this morning 9/1/21 5:20 was absolutely wonderful to treat with very pleasant and my frozen hot chocolate just as I like it. The service I received here on a regular basis is excellent
