Ruth's Chris Steak House - Princeton

The experience was fantastic. Our server was excellent and the food was amazing.

The vegetables were slightly undercooked for my liking, but the steak was cooked perfectly.

The meal and service were exceptional from start to finish, beginning with the appetizer and ending with dessert.

Very disappointing. Three of us ordered medium rare steaks and two of the three ended up with well done. So one person ate dinner while the other two sat and watched. Second try now one of two was still over cooked… this is inexcusable at a steak house.

The venue was hot, the drinks were hot, the coca cola came later than the drinks, there was no lighting, the food was bland. I have been going to Ruths Chris across the nation for decades, and this instance at the Princeton location, along with my one and only time going there last year were just terrible!
