The best ice cream in New York! They offer a wide variety of flavors. The only downside is that they should stay open year-round!

I absolutely adore this place! My best friends and I have incorporated it into our beach day rituals. It’s the ideal way to wrap up a fantastic summer day. The complex flavors and delightful combinations truly set Ralph’s apart, making it exceptional and one-of-a-kind!

Ralph's is a solid choice, but they've been lacking in flavor options this season. The service has consistently been great, and the staff really puts in the effort. When they have their full range of flavors, they deserve an A+.

I ordered a twister with twist soft serve and a chocolate caramel cup ice. Unfortunately, they ran out of the ice and claimed they tried to call me, but I never received any call. I had my phone ready because I knew they were out of many flavors, but I wasn't sure about this one. Instead of the caramel cup ice, they used chocolate ice and added caramel sauce. Additionally, I asked for twist soft serve, but they only gave me chocolate. They insisted my order didn’t specify “twist,” but the printout they stapled to the bag clearly said "twist." I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I’ve had a frustrating experience at this Ralphs location. It seems they close more than an hour earlier than their stated hours almost every night. I've visited four times in the past month, and each time I've found them closed at 10 PM, even though there were employees still inside the store who wouldn't serve us. I've also called to confirm their hours, and they told me they close at 10:30 PM. However, when I went in one night at 9:45, they had already shut the window. It’s really disappointing.
