Dunkin' - Plainville

Thank you for all the good times. The last visit on Sunday was beautiful as I took my doggo, Sky for his first Puppuccino by drive thur. Would go another time.

The older hispanic lady at the window is very rude…. I pulled up to the window and she wouldn’t put her hand out of the drive thru window to hand me my drink because “I was too far away from the building”. I had to undo my seat belt and reach for my drink cause she wouldn’t meet me halfway… This is her second time doing this, and then scolds me and gives me attitude like i’m her child..

The young girl that took my order looked to be in a cloud, didn’t know half the time what she was doing. This is the last time I ever order from this Dunkin.

Incompetence at its finest this morning at this location. Terrible customer service , terrible management , you'd think for having to hit a button on a computer it wouldn't be so challenging but somehow they managed to mess up three coffees . And then when I made a remark about my messed up coffee order , a scrawny little man decided to be a smart mouth to a customer . I get it's upsetting when you do your job wrong as simple as pouring coffee but that's where you apologize to the customer for the mistake instead of laughing and making smart remarks . Another young unrespectful Dunkin' Donuts employee. Thats why it's important to pay attention in school . So you don't end up in a dead end job you clearly don't care about . Do better dunkin do better

The women in there with the kind of shaved sides of hair is the absolute best! sweet and always has me smiling. Cant forget the good coffee she makes.
