Nonnie's Italian Bakery - Plainville

I just have to say, you want a true Italian bakery this is the place to go!!! They have a wide variety of food and baked goods! As well as their special bread dipping oil! It is out of this world! So so good! Thank you Nella!!!

Some of the best Italian pastries I've ever had. And if you're looking for a wonderful selection of gluten free pastas and cupcakes/cakes, this is the place to go. I've had many premiere gluten free cakes, but Nonnie's has figured it out in ways some gluten-free exclusive bakeries have not.But I'm able to eat gluten, and this bakery is a hidden gem. I recently had the cannoli; I'm serious when I say it's better than what I've had in Boston's North End (for those not from Boston, this is high praise).I will absolutely be coming back. I'm very happy to have discovered Nonnie's.Dietary restrictions: This bakery has gluten free cupcakes and cakes, as well as some of the best boxes gluten free pastas. The gluten free cupcakes and cakes are incredible.

Very disappointed. We Ordered a tiramisu cake for 30 people and ended up with a small cake that was enough for about 15-20 people. If I had cut the cake how the bakery person suggested, all 30 of our guests would have gotten extremely thin slices of cake some with mostly frosting. Not to mention I paid $86. It was supposed to be Encanto theme but luckily I ordered decorations off amazon to add on or else the theme would not have been noticeable. Only yellow and purple flowers were added by the bakery. Old owners always handed us a tall delicious cake. Next time we will just head over to Shop Rite and purchase a cake just like the one we received but for less.

12/16/23 1st time there. We got greated by very nice people. We got 2 limoncello cake. 1 chocolate fudge. 1 chocolate. And 1 neopolitan cake. Delicious. We will be back monthly if not weekly.Thank you. ?
