Sliders Grill - Plainville

If you’re looking for a place that nails both atmosphere and service, Sliders is a must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and everything about the experience was top-notch. The food was simply fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. But what really made the visit memorable was our server, Isabella. She was sweet, efficient, and knew the menu inside and out, helping us make the perfect choices. Our drink glasses were never empty, thanks to her attentive service. Whether you’re there to catch a game or just enjoy a meal, Sliders with Isabella taking care of you is a winning choice. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the food but the service was horrible. We started off with one server and ended with another and then she took over 30 minutes to bring us our check and then slammed it on the table… dont know if she meant it but it was still pretty upsetting.

Their boneless wings sweet potato fries were really good, however I was underwhelmed with my burger. I guess I was expecting RR quality in that regard. I’d go back for the wings tho!

Took my pops to lunch here and have to say their food was good. The burgers were great, and BBQ flavored well. The wings were good as always, and the southwest egg rolls were okay. Overall, I'd go back here for a burger. Music was a bit too loud, but the service and time it took to get food was good.

There were 4 of us eating lunch. One ordered flatbread pizza, another ordered Mac n cheese as a meal, they brought it out to him as if it were a side. Two others ordered the platters, one the fish and chips, and the other boneless wings with fries. After the waitress took our order each meal was brought out one at a time. Every 10 minutes a new meal came out. When they brought the side order of mac and cheese we all looked at and said that's $14? If I got to waitress and they brought out his regular meal mac and cheese. My fish and chips the fish was overcooked. The breading was hard. The curly fries that came out with them were not one. They were not cold. They were just meh. Finally, the boneless chicken came out and the chicken was very chewy. Whenever I wanted more water I had to flag the way just down and ask for more water. I also asked for a side of ranch for my fries in the beginning but it never came. We were supposed to be there for 30 to 45 minutes total, it ended up being an hour and a half. This will be my last time going to that sliders. It was also my first time. I would give this place a one-star. I don't know where they get the 4.2.
