Little Caesars Pizza - Plainwell

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff at the drive-thru window were rude, and when I got home, I discovered that the pizza was ice cold. I picked it up at 11 AM, and I’m not sure how long it had been sitting there. I called to complain, and while the manager offered to replace the pizza, it still felt like a waste of time. Lesson learned: I'll be supporting BC Pizza or Salvino's from now on.

I had a cheese pizza and a pepperoni hot-n-ready, along with some Crazy Bread and plain wings. Oh my gosh, everything was so delicious! Little Caesars has become my new favorite, even surpassing Coney Island. The food was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend it to everyone, and the kids absolutely loved it too!

Since 2020, this place has really declined. I completely stopped going there in 2021. However, in July 2022, my wife told me they were under new management and suggested we give them another chance. We've dined there three times now, and each time, we've enjoyed ourselves. Keep up the good work! You're the kind of people who make the world a better place—those who can take something that’s broken and messy and make it whole again.

Terrible servant behind the counter rolled her eyes constantly. very inappropriate talks while we waited for our hot and ready. noisy harmful employees. will not come back soon.

The last 4 times I've visited I have been told that there will not be any food available for 20-60 minutes. Given Little Caesars is supposed to be a quick stop, I've decided it's just better to not waste my time.
