The donuts here are incredibly friendly and stay fresh for days without becoming hard like some others. The coffee is fantastic too!

I just visited today and was surprised to learn that they now have a new policy where you can’t simply buy a dozen donuts and choose the types you want. It was quite baffling. When I approached the counter, I noticed two dozen of my favorite donuts on display. I asked for a dozen, only to be told I could not purchase them that way. To buy a dozen and customize my selection, I would need to call ahead the day before. It seemed irrelevant that the donuts were right in front of me. Fortunately, the employee went to check with the bakers and, after some back and forth, they were able to sell me an extra dozen. Overall, the hassle and inconsistency make it not worth the trouble. I'd recommend visiting the Kalamazoo or Battle Creek locations instead.

With the rise in cost, we have obviously also noticed the rise in prices. Which is to be expected. But also with this cost change, also came a change in size and quality. Their chocolate filled Longjohns my daughter used to RAVE about. Now she won't even touch them. They are 1/3 smaller in size. Used to be huge! The icing on the outside is very thin now. And the best part, the chocolate filling, is almost non existent. My daughter wouldn't finish hers, as the filling was hardly even there. Very disappointed that the quality has gone down hill, as the prices have gone up to make up that difference

This is for the Plainwell location. Will never go backMy husband went in and everything was picked over, tried to ask a couple questions and was treated rudely by 2 different employees. He did buy some doughnuts, got them home and they are just NOT good. The frosting is wayyy too sweet, sweeter than normal and I think they need to change their fryer oil, the cake donuts were not right. Or cheaper ingredients are being used.Will never go back.Ever.
