Ben Jerry’s - Plano

I think Kayla was our shovel, dude, she's awesome lol! I love going places where the employees have fun to be around and really take care of what you want, even if you are not so sure the family ended with $75 worth of ice, she is this good Lol. It was definitely worth the 45-minute drive to try Ben Jerry's flavors that I would not have known otherwise. We're coming back!

I have little over a year living in DFW and just found out about this store. I love BJs ice creams. Yes, they could be a little bit overpriced but it?s worth the extra money.

Terrible, terrible service tonight! The girl had so much attitude when you took the order. When I asked what her problem was, she cried that she had been there since 5:00 and she was tired!!!! I can't even say her name bc, of course, that she wasn't wearing a name tag. I told her if she didn't like it, she didn't have to be there.... I'm not sure how you can talk to customers and have another job.... I probably interrupted everything she heard in her ear... I don't recommend this place. We are out of the small Elm area, so it was sad to be driven here and treated like that. I heard they were big in the future! Edit: strange that you can't hear what she says after the film exam. It's okay, I'll send you the tiktok link for the video we took from her, and then maybe you can hear the misunderstanding. I hope you can take reviews from your customers and react with your employees next time. Remember that customers pay your and your employees ' bills!

We had Ben and Jerry's wedding reception and it was a hit! Hunter was really struggling to come to our venue and get everything sorted without having to interfere and it was great! Ice is the new wedding cake:

The staff here is so friendly that any interaction with them was a pleasure. They made the sweetest cake for my daughter's birthday a dog on roller skates. It was delicious, duh, and it was so sweet and exactly what she wanted. I'm back for snacks and for the next birthday cake I need!
