Bj's Brewhouse Plano

When I arrived and said I had a reservation, I was told that BJ's doesn't accept reservations...form the email I received: BJ's Restaurant Brewhouse Plano Table for 2 on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 8:00 pm Name: Bill Cox Confirmation : 252459456

Booked a reservation using open table early in the day. When we arrived at night for our scheduled time, we were told there was a 15 min wait because customers had walked in before us. Idk what the point of having reservations is if this happens. Not very professional.

Our family loves BJs and we meet there whenever we go to Dallas to see our children.

Food was good but server was slow to refill drinks or check on table. I will return because the food is always good and well priced.
