Captain D's - Plano

I went in to request a refund after being informed by a customer service provider over the phone to come into the store. When I arrived at the store and spoke to the manager on duty, I was informed that she was putting herself on the line to provide me with a refund and she would instead have to offer me a meal instead. I explained to her that I would prefer a refund as I don?t like the food selection of white fish. She began to argue with me. I told her that I would prefer to leave and that Captain D?s has loss a valuable customer. The service is dissatisfying and the customer service providers are very rude, impolite, and unwilling to accommodate customers.

THE CHEESECAKE IS THE BEST THING ON THIS MENU IVE TRIED- YOU NEED IT! I think of it every week on my cheat meal ???????????? the jam you put on top is everything and you?ll need two. Edit came back to get food and was impressed. Everything was so damn good. The corn was juicy and flavorful. All the fried foods were flavorful and crispy not too greasy. The hush puppies were so yummy. Don?t underestimate the loaded potato also amazing! Per usual will be back lol

Have always loved this place but it has gone down! The manager and staff have zero personality! While my fish was Ok, my daughter's chicken tenders were so hot she couldn't eat them. The restaurant was not very clean. I don't think we will be returning!

This place is expensive. The fish is good, but this time it was slightly over cooked. The hush puppies were old and tough, probably from the day before. The veggies were good. In comparison to the Captain D?s at Dolphin I-30 the size of the fish is bigger than it is in Plano and always fresh cooked.

Food is decent, but you have to request condiments. I ordered baked potato loaded with my meal and it only had cheese!! No ketchup. No Tatar sauce. No vinegar. No sour cream. No condiments at all! If I am paying restaurant prices for poor quality Monsanto food, the least you could do is make it right.
