Carso - Plano

Wait staff was short with us as well as being pushing, like why are you here bothering me. Menu was slim on choice and high on price.

We had a 11 am reservation and when we got there they said they were closed .

Thanksgiving 11/22/2018- Great. Hilton Plano and Carso was beautiful and Carso’s Thanksgiving Buffet was a very enjoyable experience for my family and parents. Buffet was excellent; food selection from Traditional turkey and all the trimmings; but the breakfast, smoked salmon, fresh grill fresh pastries were delicious and a great selection. All very hot and fresh. Desserts were petite sweets and left with an enjoyable meal. Nice and quiet for conversations and not over crowded by packing extra tables nor feeling pressured to turn table and force you out. Marco was very polite, attentive and enjoyable to help us with our table service. Nice job; we’ll be back and thank you for an enjoyable Thanksgiving!!!

I had a fantastic Thanksgiving Brunch experience at this restaurant. The quality, variety, and value were all top-notch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious food.

The Thanksgiving brunch was enjoyable, but a bit expensive. It would be nice if the price included two mimosas, but any alcohol costs extra.
