Excellent food and service Tanner the waiter was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I had a reservation for Mother's Day 5/8/22 at 11:00 a.m. I received a voicemail from the restaurant at 8:47 a.m saying they see I have a reservation at 11, but they close at 11 and aren't doing their usual Mother's Day brunch this year. What the heck? Then why was I able to make a reservation for 11? Why wasn't I given more than 2 hours notice that you weren't going to honor my reservation? How am I supposed to make other plans on Mother's Day? Extremely disappointed because we've been to Carso before for this brunch and it was great. I will not be back.
Thanksgiving 11/22/2018- Great. Hilton Plano and Carso was beautiful and Carso’s Thanksgiving Buffet was a very enjoyable experience for my family and parents. Buffet was excellent; food selection from Traditional turkey and all the trimmings; but the breakfast, smoked salmon, fresh grill fresh pastries were delicious and a great selection. All very hot and fresh. Desserts were petite sweets and left with an enjoyable meal. Nice and quiet for conversations and not over crowded by packing extra tables nor feeling pressured to turn table and force you out. Marco was very polite, attentive and enjoyable to help us with our table service. Nice job; we’ll be back and thank you for an enjoyable Thanksgiving!!!
I had a fantastic Thanksgiving Brunch experience at this restaurant. The quality, variety, and value were all top-notch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious food.
