The service is always attentive. Only disadvantages is that it is relatively expensive compared to Stripe Mall Thai restaurants. I think it's worth the extra costs.
I have eaten here regularly for 5 years and has never been disappointed!
Over the past 5 years, we have fallen many, often at the Pacific Rim and have never been disappointed. I love the decor, and the stands are cozy and yet comfortable. Unlike most Dallas restaurants, the tables are not too close together and you can actually have a conversation at normal noise level. The service has always been over par, and I loved every dish I tried. Your Lake Bass is some of the best I had. In my opinion, the outstanding item in the menu is the Calamari. They serve steaks instead of harder rings, and the accompanying ginger sauce is the perfect fit. Spring rollers are also above average.
The worst culinary experience of my life. Owner/manager was extremely unprofessional, rude and non-service oriented. Not a kid friendly place, like the owner / manager rudely ordered us to ;Control the Kids; these were just 2 years old. They were in some of the most beautiful places, but were never so insulted and humiliated and literally expelled from the establishment.
