The people that waited on us at the window were very nice and the food, devil make cheeseburgers and fries was absolutely wonderful

Wally is a horrendous owner. I ordered twice and my bread was hard/crumbling. The young lady who answered attempted to get in contact with him several times and he promised a refund after I called for two weeks. I sent over a pic of the receipts, then I was told he would only refund one order because he didn't believe the milkshake I ordered was bad. Like what? Nobody mentioned a milkshake just refund both burgers. I WILL NOT EAT AT ANY COUNTRY BURGER AGAIN! Weird OWNER.

Food is great, but it seems like every time I call in an order, I end up getting someone who seems incredibly confused.

Good burger...just hard to justify over $30 for burgers, fries, and drinks for 2 people. Not their fault, though. The value for money ratio is killing burger joints all over.
