Dough Society Pizza - Plano

My only criticism would be about the sauce. While it wasn’t bad, it had a standard flavor reminiscent of generic food service sauces you might find at places that use Roma or Lisanti products. I hope they can develop a more unique sauce to elevate their pizzas above the typical New York-style offerings. It’s a bit disappointing since they have so much potential. They're also offering other items on the menu, including lasagna, which I plan to try as well. Overall, it’s not a bad place, just a little too conventional for my taste.

I visited this restaurant and was very impressed with the customer service. The general manager, James, personally came to our table to ensure we were completely satisfied with our meal. He explained how all the ingredients are fresh and how the dishes are made. The crust of the pizza was beautifully crafted and perfectly crisp in all the right places. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pizza I ordered was a bit messy. However, the owner offered that I could choose a different sauce next time. He let me try the spicy marinara sauce, and it was fantastic! I love sauces with a bit of a kick! This is a great family-friendly restaurant, and we will definitely be back soon.

Everything is made in-house, and they prioritize attention to detail and exceptional customer service. I really appreciate their creative approach!

Their pizza tastes amazing and I am soooo in locr with their cookies. The atmosphere in the shop is also remarkable with pleasant music on and a very clean environment. They also have good service and the workers are all very kind. I love Dough Society Pizza!
