Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Plano

Big fan of fuzzy but this location has never gotten an order right, it's always missing an item or had the wrong toppings dressing. Disappointing every time.

I’ll be quite honest, if this is the fuzzy that that my boyfriend and I Uber Eats from on Sunday , and I had ordered a bean and cheese taco, and only received only a tortilla, so it was a little disappointed, but I came in to this Fuzzy’s on Thursday and had the best best customer experience at the bar. I will admit my tacos can be a little complicated on how I wanted them but he the bartender and I’m so sorry I forgot his name, and he did not fail to deliver. He had wonderful customer service from the beginning to end, and did not forget anything that I wanted, I will definitely be back to this location not bc only because the food was phenomenal but because of the service the bartender provided. Yes, he was a little busy, but he had a smile on his face, the whole entire time, and made sure that our order was made exactly as we wanted it. My best friend and I left the restaurant with full tummies happy smiles, and the atmosphere was just amazing so thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Cute little taco shop. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was cheeky and fun. Decent prices. The staff at the counter was not very helpful or gracious.
