Hokkaido Ramen Santouka - Plano

My favourite Hokkaido Ramen place, the broth is creamy and rich, noodle texture is great, pork is juicy tender. We ordered the Chef recommendation and Miso broth. Both ramen is great. They have branches in other countries too, been to a few. The Ramen taste is uniformed, never disappoints me as always.

Long line unless you ho there as the restaurant opens. The soup is really good, probably one of the best in Dallas so far. I hope they keep it up because other ramen shops' soup keep getting diluted over time. New summer menu available.

Famous Japanese Ramen. Soup is creamy, but too salty. Noddle is chewable. Yummy! So happy Dallas has a traditional Ramen Store.

Located inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace (just W of I-75 at Legacy), this is a ramen noodle shop with good kuro tonkotsu and shio ramen (both with either chicken or pork). It's part of their food court of restaurant eats.
