Jack In The Box - Plano

The sign says the drive-thru is open 24 hours, but that's not the case! I went to get food at 4 AM, and the staff told me they only serve DoorDash or Uber Eats at that time. What?! They really need to take down the "open 24 hours" sign if they're not going to stick to their claim!

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, including an ultimate breakfast sandwich, but mistakenly received a Breakfast Jack instead. When I went inside to resolve the issue, I had to wait over five minutes to get the attention of a female employee at the drive-thru. When she finally came over, she argued with me, insisting that I had ordered the Breakfast Jack. She was quite rude and unapologetic, and told me I would need to pay the difference for the correct order before walking away. I just wanted to get my order straightened out, but this employee seemed indifferent and unfit for customer service. At the same time, there was a maintenance worker fixing the entrance door, and she did not provide me with a receipt. I ordered at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25, and paid in cash. I ended up leaving the sandwich behind and went to another place. I won’t be coming back and would suggest others look elsewhere.

I had an incredible experience! The new manager, Jeff, is outstanding. He made me feel very welcome during my visit for food and coffee. I’ll definitely be returning frequently.

Not only does this location consistently not have shakes available, they will also bump your combo to a large everytime without asking or saying a word, so they can charge you that little extra. The manager is clearly a scumbag.

This Jack in the Box is awful. The soda machine didn’t work, no condiments on our burger chicken sandwich, bad customer service. Step up your game Jack in the Box! You used to be good!
