Kfc - Plano

No purse hooks in the bathroom, nowhere to put my keys. So they fell in the toilet when i flushed and went down the pipes. $450 later, screw KFC. What kind of savages don't install purse hooks?

Where do I start? In my earlier years I was a fry cook for Pioneer Chicken and Jack in the Box in the sixties. Why is it so hard from employees to understand the one Cardinal Sin? Filtering the oil every nite and replacing the oil when it brakes cannot be over stated? There is no reason for chicken to smell or taste burnt! Here me out! You can only filter oil so much, before it brakes down, all the Filtering in the World won't restore its cooking ability or consistency! This location Is not properly maintaining their frying oil on some of its fryers. I ordered original and crispy together. The Crispy was perfect, color texture and taste, literally the meat fell off the bone. The original color was dark, texture Grease, smelt burnt, taste bitter, however it was fried perfectly, The meat was soft and juicy, I could tell that the fryer that this chicken came from, either the oil had not been changed nightly, or the oil had not been changed in weeks, or it broke. Someone Is not doing their job, there is no excuse for this! This location is well maintained, clean inside and out! Behind the counter was very clean, stainless cleaned and wiped down. A message to the owner/operator you put too much time in, in have someone drive away customers due to not properly maintaining your fryers! If it wasn't for how clean and orderly this store was, and the crispy chicken being fried perfectly I would have given to store one star! If and when I come back, I experienced the smell of burnt chicken in my box, I assure you I will write another reviewer at one star rating! Allan White

Ordered a 3pc white (a breast and 2 wings). Was told it would be about 6 minutes on the wings. After 15+ minutes they brought my order to the car. I get back to work and I have 2 breast, no wings and one breast was half done….. will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN…

Sad to see this is STILL up after all these months.Fun fact: average yearly pay for a team member at KFC is $18k year. People cannot live off of rates like this and you'll continue to be short staffed until you do better. But blaming the workers shows extremely poorly on management and we won't be coming here anytime soon.

I've never had to wait so long on fast food like I did here. When I went back to the window the lady (who was actually really nice) said only 3 more minutes. A whole 7 minutes more passed. The kitchen needs to get it together.
