Mcdonald's - Plano

It's not that I don't like McDonald's, but this particular place is undermined, and probably not entirely of her own doing. The ride through is always busy at the corner of a great intersection. I feel bad for the managers and the employees they are so short employees. Food: 4/5

I waited 30 minutes after payment, or I left. All I ordered was one

I went this morning at 4am and an African American man in the drive through told me that if I can't wait to to waffle house across the street. I said I'm going to call the manager he said you won't be the first. This happened on 10/25/2022 manager laughing

They are sitting in the drive for 20min-30min, without being addressed, they will have a stance to be rude when they take your order - altogether only a peach experience. You will forget that the streets are open all the time. This is the only McDonald’s that I don’t have to go elsewhere because of the terrible service or lack. I wrote companies and “surprise, surprise” they did nothing.

It's hard to evaluate McDonald's. Like most fast food is hit or miss, and this time it was a miss. Service was good as usual and the place was clean, but the chicken nuggets were so overcooked that they look like Wendy's nuggets. Very difficult to eat. Food: 3/5
