The food here is consistently decent—tasty but never exceptional or disappointing. The ice cream machine is usually working, which is a plus. Customer service is fairly good, and the floor seems reasonably clean, though I’ve noticed there are no bike racks. For every small positive aspect, there’s a minor drawback, resulting in a standard dining experience that is fitting for a fast-food chain like McDonald’s. If you’re looking for something impressive, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you need a quick and reliable option while traveling, this location is a solid choice.

I ordered a Happy Meal through the drive-thru and specifically requested honey mustard sauce and ketchup. When I got home and opened the box, I found that not only were the honey mustard and ketchup missing, but there wasn't even a napkin. This service is really disappointing.

Overall, the restaurant is typically clean and the staff is friendly. However, today I had some bad luck, as the size of the ice cream and the amount of caramel were significantly less than usual.

I visit this place every week, and it never lets me down. After playing soccer or basketball at the IACC mosque's gym, I'm always in need of a drink, and I'm grateful to have such a nice, affordable spot for refreshing beverages.

I placed my order online. There wasn't any option to customize my burgers. As I pulled into the drive-thru, I tried to pick the drive-thru option. It wasn't available for some reason I don't even understand, so I selected take-out option. Then merely seconds later I asked the drive-thru person to put the cheese for the burgers on the side. She refused to help and said the order was already in the kitchen, so I would have to come inside to make any changes and to collect my order. I had to pull around, get my kids out of the car to go in, and once inside, I had to deal with rude employees again before they redid the burgers with cheese on the side. Terrible customer service all around.
