Nekter Juice - Plano

So I'm starting to say I love necters absolutely. I usually go in place of park and preston, but took another route and this was more convenient today. Boy was such a mistake! I ordered the same thing I always order from the app the açaí banana berries bowl, add Goji berries, extra granola on the side. I'm going in and there's a woman waiting, and one goes like a minute. No greeting / recognition from me since I entered. They give their orders to the first lady, then ask the lady who went about a minute after me when she was there to pick up. In the meantime, I am still there without recognition. Someone I finally get my order and go. I come to work, there are no strawberries in my bowl and they did not use the regular granola, this granola she gave me looks like a bunch of oat flakes. I called the store to let her know I wasn't happy with the bowl because of the missing ingredients, and the guy just said sorry and didn't say anything else. There was a moment of unpleasant silence before I just told him? Really disappointed about the customer service and the order I received this morning.

I'm coming to this place today. The service is so slow. Two people will work on a busy Saturday. The location near where I work is so much more efficient and they are constantly busy.

Great drinks, unfortunately I won't come back. While the girls at the counter were pleasant, I could not help but remember that I was not greeted with a friendly welcome while other customers who were not black were greeted with a warm welcome. I thought? hmmm? Maybe I'm just sensitive?.then I noticed that another black woman who came to the store was not greeted, but the non-black person who welcomed the business shortly after.

I worked all my life in kitchens. These guys had 6 people on their little line, more than a steak house would have on a 300 top punch rush. 2 persons in front of us had ordered 35 minutes to a juice.... Work must be crazy in this place, and the manager wouldn't like it. Probably not come back.

This is my new favorite healthy drinks snacks on the go! The staff is so attentive , nice, and friendly. Kendra in the picture behind the most delicious PB&J jelly smoothie was so accommodating and made the best drink I?ve ever had! She even let us try it first to see if we liked the consistency texture of it. Thank you so much for accommodating us. I highly recommend this place especially for vegan , gluten free, dairy free. I have a lot of allergens and the staff ensured me that I will be taken care of and went over the ingredients with me!
