Panda Express - Plano

I love this place, this location is always my favorite. There is an employee named Maria and because of rush hour my order was taking a little too long but Maria explained it to me and she even gave me an extra egg roll as an apology she is an amazing worker!. Drive through area was really nice and super quick. I have gone to this location for 2 years and it has never disappointed. The staff working here are incredible and the place is always clean. The environment is good and I feel like i'm eating at a clean place. 10/10 recommend.

I got Panda Express the other day and ordered the Fried rice and chow mein alongside with Orange Chicken and Honey Walmut Shrimp. The orange chicken was amazing. The sweetness and crunchiness was fire as usual. The Walnut Shrimp was solid and definitely will be the second thing I order with the Orange Chicken. The sweetness was really good on the shrimp and the cook was well done. I was not a fan of the fried rice as it was really bland and will definitely be going with the chow mein from now on as it was a better base for me opposed to the rice.

We came in and ordered a medium orange chicken and a cub meal. Usually with Panda express they load the boxes. The lady that served us was actually taking stuff out after she served it. We asked for veggie spring rolls, TWICE and she confirmed. We then realized they weren't in the bag and we were charged for them and we went back in for them to tell us they didn't have any which should have been mentioned the first time. It's known that you get fortune cookies with your order as well, there are none in the bag. This Panda definitely plays cheap with everything. I would recommend going elsewhere

There are many great menu choices at this restaurant. The food is always fresh every time I visit. The staff is friendly, but the tables could use more frequent cleaning.

Worst service ever. Went inside so I could see what I was ordering. Three people standing around eating. One person helping a customer. When he finished he walked away to help the drive thru. Another customer walked in and the cashier helped him. Decided to go through the drive thru and immediately regretted it. When I told the person what happened she laughed. I asked to talk to a manager and she aid go ahead. Will never come here again. So rude terrible service. Would give zero stars but it won't let me.
