Panera Bread - Plano

This Panera location is fantastic! I come here almost everyday on my lunch and the staff is always hardworking and friendly. The food is always delicious and is prepared quickly. I will continue to always come to this location. Perfect place for a quick bite. Thank you Panera!

Been to the Plano Central 75 location 4 5 times this year. Always the same story newbie at the register who is not ready to be alone at the register, have to repeat my order 2 3 times; they always have inferior customer service; none of the other Panera locations in the area have these problems; wish they would finally get a good manager at this place, but I'm never going back again. I've finally had it with their slow and inefficient service here. There are plenty of other locations near me all of them 5 star. But this one has NEVER been good. NEVER.

Had lunch with a friend. Had a turkey club. The bread it came on was so fresh and hardy. I drank a refreshing green tea and we enjoyed the atmosphere and talking over our meal. Very nice ?Parking: There's plenty and always space for you.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread, thanks to their exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The girl at the front, Raki, greeted me with a smile, promptly took my order, and ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The level of professionalism and genuine care she displayed was truly impressive. Combined with the delicious food, Panera Bread's excellent service made for a delightful experience. I highly recommend Panera Bread for anyone seeking great service and a satisfying meal.

Came for a lunch break for work. Service, food, ambiance was good. I give 3 stars because my soup had more liquid than filling. I understand places have to stretch soup ingredients but it would be nice to have a better balance. My soup was delicious just not very filling.
