Pho Que Huong - Plano

I regret my decision to try this place. I was on my way to Poke Time (next door) for the hundredth time when I thought I’d change things up. What a mistake! I ordered vermicelli with chicken and shrimp to go, and when I got home and opened the box, I was shocked to find some cold, uncooked chicken (which they couldn’t even cut properly) and raw shrimp. They were supposed to be grilled, but neither the chicken nor the shrimp was cooked! The noodles were slimy and the portion size was more suitable for a child. I’ve been to several other Pho Que Huongs and ordered the same dish, but this location was the worst! It was my first and last time here. I really wish I could get my $13 back! It was horrible and disappointing!

Awful !Tasteless salty soup, overcooked pho noodles, barely give any condiments such as basil, greasy fried egg rolls.Unfriendly owners, smelly bathrooms and overall dirty place.I have been coming here since 2012 whenever I don’t want to drive all the way to Garland just for a bowl of pho. The owners were never nice, recently, the food has gone down hill so much, it’s inedible.Other location in north Frisco is much better. Night and day.

Terrible experience. This location simply doesn't compare to others. I wouldn't recommend it at all—the food lacked flavor! I'm really surprised since I've had much better meals at their other locations. I won't be using Uber Eats for this place again. There are so many other options to choose from, and this was definitely the worst!

The pho soup was bland. The meat ball was the size of a boba. 8 boba for $6.95. Large pho was a small. The seafood had an odd vinegar smell to it.

The food is delicious, we would definitely come back for the food. But the coffee… was it Starbucks coffee that they used?
