On their phones while on the line, that's a health violation. One employee had zero Potbelly gear, no shirt, hat, or even a bandana. The employee with the blonde braids needs a break because her attitude has run dry. There was a major lack of communication on the line and there was no offering of up sale. I'm glad they had the forethought to use a backup speaker to play music, but the volume was over the top; I couldn't hear those next to me speaking. The first restroom was only half paid attention too and only marked off on the cleaning checklist when it was opened for that day. The trash can is grossly overfilled and too close to the toilet. Out of paper towels and just had the vibe of unkempt even though the toilet paper was filled. Someone or a group of people are only doing half their job.
Engaging with the customer is key! My first visit was Not Good. I was not encouraged to add condiments and, as it turned out, no condiments would have been added had I not realized as I came around the corner to pay, I realized that no condiments were added. Oof. So also, I had no idea that the sandwiches were toasted, no one asked me if that was how I wanted it. The flavor was not appealing. I will not be able to recommend.
I ordered the chicken salad salad from the drive-through, the salad had no dressing and no taste. I would have gone back, but I am on my lunch break.
Ordered on line for pickup. It was not ready and when I got my sandwich it was not made correctly.
