Sonic Drive-in - Plano

Fantastic food! Delicious snacks. Paulina is an excellent employee—very friendly and always greets you with a big smile when she brings your food to your car.

I placed my order, and in less than a minute, it was ready. This was the fastest service I've ever had at Sonic. It truly lives up to its reputation!

This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. They weren't even busy, yet it took forever for them to bring me a single drink. I noticed several employees just sitting around and doing nothing. They never even delivered my drink, so I had to press the red button again and reorder after I had already paid. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

I stopped at this Sonic just to get a snack and shake for me and my granddaughter. The service was great, the food was good. I stopped going to Sonic a few years ago because I never carry cash and always pay with card. I always tip food service workers because they're so underpaid for a thankless job. Not at Sonic. They're technology is at least 10 years behind. You can't add a tip to your charge because they're system is not set up to do that. They think so very little of their employees they don't upgrade their system. I guess I have to continue boycotting them. Very sad.

In the physically mentally handicapped veteran who went to this place and I forgot to order my phone... I hope to stand for two days. Some time ago I went to this place with my credit card... it was cool and I went in and stayed at the door because I knew the customers shouldn't go in. A seemingly hispanic guy quickly approached me and I asked about water in my big mug I had and order grape mud large. He got them and gave them to me and I thanked him and tried to give him my credit card, he was like close, that okay... even my water refilled. Wow! Thank you very much!!!!
