Starbucks Coffee - Plano

For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, I found a cozy nook around the corner from the bar that’s much smaller and more intimate than the main area. This Starbucks offers a variety of beverages like coffee, iced coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks. They also serve made-to-order food and desserts, all of which I think are delicious. I haven’t encountered any food item I didn’t enjoy. In addition to beverages and food, there’s a selection of prepackaged drinks and snacks. They sell prepackaged coffee beans, both whole and ground, along with a range of Starbucks merchandise, from coffee mugs to stickers. The location has two unisex restrooms, each equipped with a toilet, changing table, sink, garbage can, feminine hygiene product receptacle, paper towel dispenser, mirror, and a utility hook on the back of the door for coats and bags. Although the restrooms were reasonably clean, they didn’t meet my home standards, which is why I’m giving this location 4 stars instead of 5. I mentioned this to one of the baristas and plan to return in a week to check on the restrooms, and I’ll update my review if necessary. The baristas were friendly and courteous, preparing my order quickly. Communication was easy, and they were a pleasure to chat with. I’ve been to some Starbucks locations that feel cramped, but I truly appreciate the open layout of this one.

The restaurant could use better organization. It's concerning when customers come in for their drinks and leave without receiving them or getting a refund. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks, and the person behind me received theirs first, which was a specialty drink rather than what I had ordered. I suggest implementing a new system, as the small space makes it difficult to manage orders efficiently. Additionally, it's nearly impossible to maintain social distancing here.

I made my first visit to this location today, and I was truly impressed. My drinks and food were served quickly and tasted fantastic. A special thanks to Kelly for the excellent service and cheerful conversation. The place was clean, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back. Five stars!

Good visit good staff Good location to get some work done

I have not had any problems with the service and drinks at this location. Parking is adjacent to Tom Thumb so there is usually a lot of parking spaces. It wasn't full today, but it is usually a prime location for dine in or hang out.
