The only downside is that I didn’t see street tacos on the menu, but that may have been because I’m visually impaired and was in a rush. Regardless, I still absolutely love Taco Cabana!
I had a wonderful experience! Although a few items were missing from my order, the manager, Christi, was incredibly kind and attentive. There was nothing rude or unpleasant about the service. Thank you, Taco Cabana staff, for a fantastic visit after 12 years away!
On three separate occasions, I tried to use their curbside service. The first time, no one answered the phone, so I had to go inside. The second time, my call was sent straight to voicemail, and when I mentioned this to the staff inside, they simply shrugged and acknowledged it without much care. The last time, I decided to use their mobile app, parked in the designated spot, called, and once again, I was sent to voicemail. When I went inside, I asked one of the staff members if curbside service was actually available, and to my surprise, she admitted, "No, not really. We don’t do that." I appreciate their honesty, and I didn't complain, even though my little one was fussy while we waited. I carried my child on my shoulder until we finally received our food. I don’t necessarily expect curbside service; I know many places don’t offer it. However, I would have chosen a different restaurant if I had known curbside was not truly available. While I can use the drive-thru—I've done it before—the app does offer rewards for mobile orders, which is why I want to take advantage of that feature. Yet, like the Taco Bell on Parker, they've decided not to provide curbside or drive-thru mobile pickups. Being honest about this would give options to older customers, those with disabilities, or anyone juggling children. The food is good—it's Taco Cabana—but they need to remove the signs indicating curbside service if they're not going to provide it. Thanks for understanding from a weary mama.
I ordered four shredded chicken tacos with tomato salsa and jalapeno salsa. they were fresh, soft and tasty. also the amount of tupfer in the tacos was decent. unbeatable. three stars are due to the customer service. I felt server paying me instead.
The eating here was so delicious and the drive thru person was super nice and courteous, but there was considerable problem. I ordered a family-fajita dinner, big steak-Quesadilla, and a queen blanco filled burrito with ground bark. only the problem was that there was no groundbeef. none at all. there was a lot of cheese on the top (delicious! , delicious rice, a smile of bean, salate, and tomato, but not even a spot of bark. don't get me wrong, it even tastes super without meat, but that's not what I ordered. I would have gone, but the taco cabana is 30 minutes away from home and I don't want to spend another hour on the road or waste so much interest. I would suggest that they review their order before they go.
