First of all huge portion, the plate for 2 was for 3 in my opinion. We were there mostly for the zurek, a white polish soup hard to find outside Poland. Zurek was very good, we liked pierogi and the kotlet was very very big. Sad that they didn?t have the makoviec, will be back. It did taste like authentic Polish food, for sure!
My wife is out of polen. I have been in polen several times and regularly buy Polish food from chicago Polish delis. I really enjoyed my meal, like the rest of my family. the children liked spaghetti and meatballs and crispy chickens. I'll be back when we're in the opposite of dallas.
I ordered the Homemade Pierogis and Kishka Platter. Too much but it was great. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Polish food but it won’t be the last time and it won’t be the last time at Taste of Poland. Service and restaurant were A+.
Great food, BUT: Can't ever look online and figure out when they are open. Everywhere says some other time. Lunch does not like it is in their program: One place says open at one PM, the other says four PM. Whattheh is it?
