TGI FRIDAYS - Plano (Preston Rd)

The location plano does not accept open table reservations. that was disappointing! our server was great! that was delicious.

Although I had the confirmation of the reservation of opentable when I was there, I was told that they are no longer connected with opentable. this left us to dinner on Christmas day with so few restaurants open. not happy.

This is the second time in a row that something we ordered is inappropriately cooked. last time it was a hamburger for me, who was supposed to be medium and was rarely served. this time it was a steak for my man, the same, but really raw in the middle. the server was great and took it to be cooked more. they have made a new one that was beautiful, but it took over 20 minutes to get it. until then I was finished with my meal. we spent much more time there than we wanted.

My wife and I came in for the rib special. A full rack of ribs along with fries and coleslaw. We substituted onion rings for the fries (for a nominal fee). They make some of the best ribs in the city. Their whisky glazed sauce is great too. Service was top notch, so it made for a very nice dinner.

We waited 55 mins for our food after having asked several times including the manager. Then we ordered endless shrimp with the slab of ribs and got 6 to start and had to wait 20 mins for a 2nd serving with 6 . And we made reservations in case it was busy but it was not
