Wendy's - Plano

The staff at this restaurant seem distracted and disorganized, making it difficult to get even simple orders fulfilled. They appear to be more focused on their phones than on serving customers.

I visited this restaurant late at night after a long shift of driving for Uber. I ordered a sandwich and baconator fries, both of which were supposed to have bacon but didn't. If they had informed me that they were out of bacon, I would have chosen something else. The person taking my order at the drive-thru mumbled so incoherently that I could barely understand them.
