Zenna Thai Japanese - Plano

I enjoyed a great family gathering at this place with quite a large party. The establishment handled the size of our party with ease and the food was great. They 3ven had an entertainer singing and playing a guitar during happy hour. Great experience.

Me and my fiancé did a takeout order tonight from Zenna. Food was good as always! Came here to leave a review for the bar where we waited for our Togo food. Maria was our bartender and she was super sweet and very attentive! Will be back to see her! Thanks so much!

Ordered sweet and sour chicken. It was overcooked and mostly bread. Took it back and talked to the manager. She wasn't even gonna look at it. I told her to look at it and she barely opens the bag. I'm like maam no look at it. She finally looks at it but not even that good she just ppens the lid real quick and says oh i see. Says did u order it today? Then she looks at the receipt and i said yeah just picked it up 10 mins ago. She had bad attitude about it. Crazy how you act but u wouldn't wanna be served burnt overcooked food either. On top of that dude was in the chair sleeping when I walked in and didn't even respond to me till the 3rd excuse me sir. Smh

*0 STARS* I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a manager and general manager in my life. I am extremely disappointed in Zennas. As a regular who has come here for years and I even make the drive to give them my business. I WILL NEVER RETURN. A 5 min transaction turned into 1 hour and 3 employees later. They made my takeout order wrong 4 times!! Eventually I asked for a refund and my food made correctly and the general manager tried to say no and send me home with no food. Y’all should be ashamed with yourselves for the lack of customer service skills and respect to your paying customers. As someone who worked as a manager myself, it should be common sense as a general manager to fix the problem. It should never escalate to the point it did. YOUR ESTABLISHMENT FAILED 4 TIMES. Now yall have lost regulars and paying customers. I will make sure my family and friends take their money elsewhere. Do better.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I’m Extremely disappointed with Zenna. I’ve been going here for years after today I’m never coming here again.. they messed up my food 4 times and had to wait at the restaurant for an hour.. mananger was super disrespectful and didn’t even do anything to earn my service or even cared about the mistake that was made. Service is awful i don’t wish this experience on anyone!!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
