Burger King - Plant City

The 2 for $4 bacon, egg and cheese croissants are delicious. They even let me use an old coupon to get a free little hashbrown for my little one along with a free cherry ice cream for me. I told them the coupons went out, but the cashier said I'm gonna take care of you baby. I wanted to apply for a job as a manager some time ago as I have a college degree in business management and administration... but the lady told me I had to work from bottom to top. I didn't go to college, so I got a good job somewhere else.

I have to say, I love Burger King! I prefer her burgers over McDonald's every day. My favorite is Taa.daa.. The Impossible Burger . I love that there are more salads and vegetables in their hamburgers. I love their offers and specials they have. Keep the good work!!!

First the customer service was horrible! No greeting at the window. The person taking our order rushed us to finish. I wasn't given the condiments I asked for. Then when I finally get to eat my food the chicken is burnt beyond being able to eat them. I tried to call 4 times and not one time did they answer. I don't know how they stay in business.

Wow. The customer service here is horrendous every single time we go. They have a great deal on the app where you can get a kids meal for a dollar. You'd think somewhere that offers this would be happy to supply this to their customers but OH MY GOD. My last trip there I accidentally touched the bin they put food in and the lady looked at me in complete disgust. She told me very rudely not to touch the bin, I apologized very politely but that didn't stop her from making a mocking look at me and throwing her head at me with an attitude.

Fast, fresh and the service ladies were friendly. I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and it looked good. If you get a chicken sandwich, spicy is where it's at.
