Chili's Grill - Plant City

This place is absolutely horrible every time we come. I try to give it a chance and they prove how horrible they are every time. Waitress have attitudes and are plain rude. Being told it will be an hour wait and waiting two hours, the waitress saying they told us two hours even though 12 people heard exactly what she said. Finally being sat down after coming up more then once to ask if our table is Ready, it took all 12 of us to walk in for them to finally say your table is ready. Walk in and they sat us separate even though we are a group, even after the waitress told us we can move the tables together. Then the manager walks over to say we can?t sit more then 6 at a table. As I?m trying to talk to him he is justifying what the waitress were doing. I have worked customer service for years and that wasn?t it. Disappointed is an understatement! I will be contacting corporate!!!! Oh and not to mentioned they left dirty napkins and cleaning spray on our table.

Exactly what you would expect from a chain Chili?s. Overall a pretty good experience. No one was there to great us but got seated in an acceptable amount of time. The chips and salsa and white queso were super delicious and fresh. The coke tasted like the machine needed to be changed but the fresh brewed tea was excellent. Restrooms were clean and server was friendly. Ample parking available. My entree was the steak and salad from the guiltless grill collection and I was truly surprised just how good it was. I ate every bite! My friend had the quesadilla explosion salad and said it is her favorite salad from any restaurant. Not in this area often but if I was I?d definitely return.

My two waitresses were great, only they needed more help in the kitchen

I always prefer to eat in this chili's than the two that are closer to my house. The service is always amazing here

The food is usually good, but I literally put a phone bill and I was in hand for more than 15 minutes. I understand that it can be very busy, but this is really ridiculous to wait that long and no answer. I didn't even have a chance to order. The time here can stink, and that was today, very disappointed!
