Church's Chicken - Plant City

We didn't get what we ordered. Spent $21 and no macaroni and cheese no drinks available. Very rude people work there today, which is Sunday. Need staff to talk to the customer, not turned away with the back. Too much money for what we have or shouldn't tell what we have ordered. Very unsatisfactory

I have given this place so many opportunities, but it continues to be ridden with problems. I literally lost how often they forgot things on my order. My God, is it hard to remember a side of fried Okra? They used to do it many times, but I'm done getting back and getting things I've already paid. Consistency and quality are not values of churches chicken. At least this place. I'm just disappointed that I didn't stop coming here years ago.

Drove throug the drive thru 2 times before eventually said, pull forward. The workers looked like they were looking for food. To round it off, they were not Mac and cheese or spicy chicken. I'll wait 20 minutes for my food. this place sucks, needs better service.

Excellent fried okra and cole Slav. I burned my Okra for the first time. ? But overall, great service and great food. The best honey biscuits everywhere!

This is the best Church's I have had in a long time. The chicken was fresh, moist and crisp. Marlene is all about customer service and running an organized restaurant.
