Chick-fil-a - Plantation

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. It was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. Kennedy, the cashier, had plenty of time to take my order, but the customer service was terrible. We received our food cold after a 30-minute wait, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get it fixed. Overall, it took nearly an hour before we could finally eat. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone!

If I could, I would rate this place with zero stars. This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations I've ever encountered. The staff is unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about the customers. I ordered my food for curbside pickup at 3:45 PM, and I didn't receive it until after 4:30 PM. The only explanation I received was that they were really busy. No one reached out to me—neither by email nor phone call—or even came outside to update me on the situation. I couldn't get out of the car because I had a baby with me. I also called customer service, but no one followed up or offered a refund. I never expected Chick-fil-A to provide such poor customer service.

I frequently order from this restaurant, but the customer service during my recent visits has not met Chick-fil-A's usual standards. The fries are often only filled up to about three-quarters of the container, and this has happened multiple times, forcing me to return my food. Additionally, food orders are not thoroughly checked, and it takes a while for the food to be ready. Since I live nearby, I usually choose this location, but I may start visiting the one at the university for better service. I've also encountered the same issue with the smaller fries when placing a DoorDash order.

They were made from regular chicken sandwiches, spicy chicken sandwiches and sweet tea. The cash register was pleasant, but the other workers had a bad attitude. Not the chicks FIL An experience we are used to and are to be expected.

I just left this location and let me say? If I could I would give 0 stars. WORST Chick-fil-A I?ve ever been to. They gave my food away like ppl in this world don?t have same names. They didn?t even check the guys receipt. And gave him the food. I then told them that and waited another 10mins for my meal which was wrong. Then they said they need to make another sandwich which took awhile. And they missed items in my meal. I waited about 30mins for my food. I?d rather drive to another location then go back there.
