I ordered a pizza online and wanted to pick it up. The online system said it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I came there at the exact time. Once I was told it was an additional 12 minutes. After 15 minutes waiting time, I told them I had to cancel my order as I was in my lunch break and was late. They told me it was ready to wait and finally got the pizza. On the way back to work I was called to give the wrong pizza and come for a free one next time. I am gluten-free and vegan, so I ordered a certain pizza to adapt my dietary needs. I can't just eat any pizza, and I had to stop somewhere else and buy food so I could go over my lunchtime. Extremely frustrating. And will never order from this facility.
This place is really good with online orders. I ordered from here 2 days in a row and got 2 different results. Last night, my pizza was amazing. On the second day, they burned my crust so badly that they injured my teeth to chew them. Some kind of waste. Or is it going back?
Only get the 2 stars cause I love the cauliflower dough pizza, but service is terrible. I was in my hands for 45 minutes. They never answered. The app is hard to work and the staff seems to overwhelm me with the 2 customers before them. Also a bit expensive for such a small pizza. It has a lot of potential if you could get your employees to do their job and be more efficient.
Absolutely love this place, great selection of fresh toppings, the alfredo sauce is amazing, love the cauliflower crust. Everytime the wife and I go there we have a competition on who can build the better tasting pizza and to be honest we both come out as the winner.
