Pollo Tropical - Plantation

Today, August 22nd, 2023, i went there . The old lady at the store was very rude and rushed me without listening to me. She kept talking and closed the window. All i asked is for hot sauce.

80% of the time they mess up my order, check before you leave drive through..order pork, you get chicken...order and pay for a large you get small..I dont know if their workers are lazy or just stupid.

Placed order at 1:34pm. Pickup time stated was 1:50pm. It’s currently 2:22pm and still waiting for order to be ready inside the restaurant….Parking: N/A

Today my chicken was uncooked and had blood. The manager gave me an extra Burnt piece of chicken to solve that. He was laughing when he gave me the box. Now I know why.

After going through the drive-thru in ordering a crispy chicken Sandwich ,the 2 piece kids meal with fries, and a build your own Tropicchop. The fries were old, they gave me a Cuban pressed chicken sandwich, didn't tell the the sandwich I ordered they no longer sold, and left off my avocado and cilantro dressing. I took it back the gentleman was very nice and apologetic. But they still didn't give my my avocado slice....I just can't. It a rainy day and I am over it!
