Sweet Tomatoes - Plantation

The food at this restaurant is fresh, and there's a fantastic selection available, including salad, soup, pasta, baked potatoes, pizza, and more. I've visited the Sweet Tomatoes location in Plantation around 24 times, and I have consistently had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

If you're craving a salad, this is an excellent choice! They offer a wide selection of salad toppings, along with various sides like potato salad and tuna salad. Their muffins and garlic bread are fantastic as well. The desserts are quite enticing, featuring a soft serve machine and fresh fruit options. Additionally, there's a wonderful soup and potato bar, with soups that change daily—the sweet potatoes are especially delicious! While the table service is generally good for bringing new plates, the dining experience is mainly self-service. I've also noticed that occasionally, a server goes around offering fresh cookies as a nice gesture to thank customers for their visit.

I dine at Sweet Tomatoes frequently. They consistently provide fresh vegetables for the salads, along with a variety of side dishes such as three-bean salad, potato salad, and Caesar salad. The soups are fantastic, with around five different options available each month. Additionally, they offer other sides like macaroni and cheese, assorted pasta dishes, baked regular and sweet potatoes, as well as desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My fiance and I visited the Plantation Sweet Tomatoes for a late lunch. Food seemed to be ok, up until 10 minutes after I left the restaurant. I became violently ill. The only items I had differently from my fiance were the Caesar salad, macaroni and cheese and potato salad. My guess...the potato salad. Needless to say, it'll be the last time I visit the restaurant.
